These terms explain how Turntable Wax sells DJ gear, records and special-order products in New Zealand.

Products and availability

Product pages describe whether an item is held, special-order, checked with the supplier or request-only. We do not represent an item as locally in stock unless the product page clearly says so.

Prices

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Any delivery charges or payment surcharges that apply will be shown before you complete checkout. Import pricing may include supplier cost, freight allowance, currency conversion, payment handling and NZ delivery.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is authorised and fulfilment is confirmed. If we cannot supply an ordered item on the terms shown, we will contact you with options, including refund where appropriate.

Compatibility

For specialist parts such as Innofader upgrades, compatibility matters. We may contact you to confirm the mixer, portable turntable or controller model before dispatch.

Customer responsibilities

Please check product compatibility before ordering, follow installation instructions, and avoid modifying or misusing products in a way that causes damage.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.
