We may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery details, order history, customer messages and basic site-security information.
How we use it
We use personal information to answer enquiries, process orders, arrange delivery, prevent fraud, keep business records, improve the store and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Information may be shared with services needed to run an order, such as WooCommerce, WordPress.com/Jetpack, payment providers, email services, suppliers and courier providers. Card details are handled by the payment provider and should never be sent to us by email.

Security and retention
We keep customer information only as long as needed for store operations, support, legal, tax and accounting purposes. If a privacy breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will follow New Zealand Privacy Act notification obligations.
