Turntable Wax ships from New Zealand with tracked courier options shown before payment.

New Zealand delivery

Standard tracked NZ courier is currently $8.99. Free NZ courier applies on qualifying orders over $120.

Australia delivery

Australia tracked shipping is currently $29.99 NZD at checkout.

Rest of world delivery

Allowed international destinations show a $49.99 NZD tracked international shipping option at checkout. Bulky DJ equipment, heavy multi-record orders, rural/remote areas or unusually fragile items may require a freight confirmation before dispatch. If the actual freight route is not workable, Turntable Wax will contact you before fulfilment.

Restricted destinations

Turntable Wax does not accept checkout orders to destinations currently blocked in our store settings because of sanctions, payment risk, freight restrictions or compliance concerns. This list may change as carrier and legal requirements change.

Special-order and import items

Some Innofader, vinyl, DJ equipment and collector items are ordered from approved suppliers after purchase. Product pages and order messages will state when an item is special-order or supplier-confirmed before dispatch.

Dispatch timing

In-stock items are packed as quickly as practical. Special-order items dispatch after supplier availability and compatibility are confirmed. If timing materially changes, Turntable Wax will contact you before fulfilment.

Card security

Card details are handled by the payment provider at checkout. Turntable Wax will never ask you to send card details by email or message.
